Your role
- Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management
- Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans
- Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities
- Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care
- Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes
- Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach
- Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes
- Must have CQC Registered experience for Good and Outstanding homes
- Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed
