Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles.
  • Get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
