Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Concierge for its CQC‑registered disability service at 1-12 Lion Street, Oakengates, Telford TF2 6AF. The role involves daily support for residents, ensuring well‑being and safety while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
- Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
- Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
- Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
Qualifications
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- Confident using IT systems

Salary & Hours
