National Compliance Administration Officer
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£24,831 – £26,138 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 17:00pm
We have an opportunity for a National Compliance Administration Officer to join our National Compliance Team in Worcester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering efficient, high-quality administrative and support services that help ensure our compliance operations run smoothly. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter.

The role of National Compliance Administration Officer will include:
- Identifying follow on works: Raising follow on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers’ homes
- Contacting customers to arrange service appointments, processing gas safety certificates
- Managing Service Records: Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates
- Liaising with internal planners and housing officers to ensure smooth service delivery
- Supporting Regulatory Standards: Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards
Skills and experiences:
- Some experience in accurately checking and processing data
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
