We have an opportunity for a National Compliance Administration Officer to join our National Compliance Team in Worcester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering efficient, high-quality administrative and support services that help ensure our compliance operations run smoothly. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter. Responsibilities
- Identifying follow-on works: Raising follow-on remedial work orders to maintain the safety and compliance of our customers’ homes.
- Contacting customers to arrange service appointments, processing gas safety certificates.
- Managing Service Records: Processing work orders using our SAP system and updating records with upcoming service due dates.
- Liaising with internal planners and housing officers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Supporting Regulatory Standards: Gathering, preparing, and presenting accurate information to support the team in meeting or exceeding regulatory and internal standards.
Skills and Experience
- Some experience in accurately checking and processing data.
- Recent experience of undertaking a similar role.
- Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
