Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to cover sites across central Cornwall. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, installing doors/windows, plastering, tiling, fencing and general maintenance in domestic properties. A company van and power tools are provided to complete jobs to a high standard.
You will need NVQ Level 2 in a core trade and CSCS cards, plus knowledge of health and safety regulations. A full UK driving licence is required.
