Your role:
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Make leisure and social activities part of every day
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Experience:
- Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
- Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
- Team player who values collaboration
- Kindness and genuine interest in older people
- Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
