Manchester Fixed term contract initially for 15 months. Starting salary year 1: £18,720. 37.5 hours per week.

What will you do? You’ll become part of our Lettings Team and work closely with our Customer Lettings Coordinators. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in how we match people with suitable homes and support customers through the moving process, while building a strong understanding of housing services in a real working environment. By the end of your placement, you’ll feel confident in the lettings process and know the important part you’ve played in helping people move into Sanctuary Homes. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!

What skills and abilities do I need to have? We look for candidates who live and breathe our values; Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability – and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.

  • A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above (grades 4 – 9) or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
