Salary: £62,342 - £65,616 per year Plus Company car or car buyout of £8,445

Hours: 35 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a National Performance Manager - Building and Fire Safety to join our Building Safety Team in London. The team is responsible for ensuring that the Group meets all new and existing legislative and regulatory requirements with regard to building safety.

Role Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to lead the collation, review and development of the governance process performance management metrics to support and drive the national Building/Fire Safety teams. To ensure metrics are used in an effective and consistent way supporting continuous improvement in operational delivery, regulatory compliance and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, development and reporting of National Building and Fire Safety operational and financial performance insight
  • Manage the provision of consistently high quality timely and meaningful information to senior management and external departments
  • Increase internal engagement with key internal stakeholders such as quality assurance reporting with the aim of improving stakeholder satisfaction
  • Build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders to identify areas which require monitoring and reporting for performance improvement
  • Support the systemic themes and quality assurance feedback to stakeholders across the group using KPI and performance

Skills and Experience

  • Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification or NEBOSH
  • Proven experience working in Building Safety, Fire Safety or compliance
  • Recent experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third party suppliers
  • Comprehensive experience of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery
  • Proven experience of senior stakeholder liaison and relationship building
  • Full valid UK driving licence (required for driving a company vehicle)
