Your role:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
  • Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
  • Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
  • Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
  • Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
