Your Job: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata), complimentary meals during long shifts, growth and development with us through comprehensive training and internal career opportunities, ability to be part of our inclusive staff networks like the Parent Network and Disability Network, loyalty recognition scheme for 12 months’ service onwards, CQC Inspection bonus (subject to qualifying criteria).
Job Role: First and foremost – we work together as a team to enrich our residents’ lives – let’s support our colleagues too and have fun in the process. As Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining the Care Home's administrative systems. This will include processing staff payroll and updating staff files, keeping account of finances such as invoicing and petty cash and being involved in data collation, monitoring and reporting. A methodical and organised approach will be vital to ensuring the home is operating effectively, allowing for the best level of care to be delivered to our residents.
What Skills Do I Need? Teamwork and an energetic, positive attitude that supports residents and staff, strong administrative skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service with an approachable, caring and compassionate attitude, experience within a residential care or similar setting is desirable; flexible approach and strong communication skills essential, genuine care for older people and their needs, treating everyone with respect and dignity.
