As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high‑quality nursing care aligned with the NMC code, using research‑based practice. You will demonstrate excellent communication and record‑keeping skills, manage holistic care and emergency situations, lead a team with kindness and compassion, work collaboratively with internal and external teams, support learning for clinical colleagues and student nurses, and value and respect older people and their individual needs.
