£32,244.24 per annum (rising to £33,941.28 after 12 months)

Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Care Enquiry Advisor to join us in our Care Enquiry Hub. In this role you will lead the day-to-day enquiries, auditing, and the maintenance of accurate and complete enquiries, monitor performance against benchmarks to drive process, and lead the delivery of an excellent customer care service within the Care Enquiry Hub to our customers enquiring about Sanctuary Care homes. You will be based in Sanctuary Care’s head office in Worcester; occasional visits to care homes will be required to have a full understanding of the service we provide. You will work collaboratively with our Homes as well as the central Marketing and the Business Development Managers.
