Your role:

  • Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
  • Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
  • Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
  • Make leisure and social activities part of every day
  • Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development

Qualifications:

  • Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
