Apprentice – Property Maintenance Operative Level 2
Fixed term contract for 24 months
Starting salary year 1: £19,968
Are you looking for your next step or a change in your career? Our Apprenticeship Programme offers hands-on experience while you work towards a recognised qualification in partnership with our trusted training provider, Grey Seal. This role combines remote learning with on-site practical training, including working in a mobile van, giving you a great balance of theory and real-world experience. You’ll work towards an Apprenticeship in Property Maintenance, leading to a nationally recognised qualification at the end.
What will you do?
You will work within the team in the Ipswich region. This opportunity will give you a chance to earn valuable practical experience in Property Maintenance and enable you to learn the customer service skills needed to build a career in the industry.
What skills and abilities do I need to have?
- A minimum of 2 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- Good practical and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy getting stuck into physical work
- Hold or on track to hold a full valid UK driving licence, in order to drive a company van on completion
