Responsibilities
- Look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, while showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives.
- Work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure residents are comfortable in their home.
- Support Care Assistants in their development.
- Work as part of a team to enrich residents’ lives, support colleagues, and enjoy the work environment.
- Provide the highest quality of personalised care in line with individual care plans.
- Facilitate leisure and social activities as part of daily duties.
