We have an opportunity for a Housing Project Support Coordinator to join our team, based in Paignton. This is a newly created role to support Regional Directors and Housing Directorate with special projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the team by ensuring accurate and timely information is collated, analysed, prepared and presented
- Deliver, improve and maintain effective and efficient administration systems to support the operational needs of the business, including some occasional secretarial support and diary management
- Support the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, dealing with enquiries and responding positively to complaints and feedback
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes that enable the accurate recording and reporting of engagement activities
- Liaise, consult with and respond to customers ensuring involvement activities are meeting customer expectations and good practice approaches are adopted
Skills and experience
- Experience of providing administrative services
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, local standards and good practice
- Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as part of a team
