Sanctuary Group is seeking a Project Worker β Temporary Maternity Cover in Hartlepool to support customers who have experienced homelessness, assess needs, and update support plans.
You will be the first point of contact, building relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity while coordinating with external partners to promote wellbeing and education.
The role requires teamwork, strong literacy/numeracy, and IT skills, with NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue it.
