Your role:
- Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support
- Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills
- Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations
- Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care
- Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date
Your skills:
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults, including those with mental health needs or substance misuse
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approach
- Confident using IT systems
