Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Female Care and Support Assistant at our CQC Retirement Communities Service at Rosary Priory, Bushey.
At Rosary Priory, we provide personal care and support for retired nuns from the Dominican Sisters of Saint Catherine of Siena Newcastle Natal, ensuring they have comfort, independence and peace of mind during their retirement.

The role of Care and Support Assistant will include:
· Providing personal care to our Sisters
· Providing peace of mind for the Sisters by carrying out wellness checks
· Responding to calls should a Sister need support in an emergency
· Conducting morning calls to a high standard
· Working with other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Skills and experiences:
· Passionate about providing a high standard of care to the Sisters
· Previous experience working in a care related role
· Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
· NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
