Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customer queries and support.
  • Build positive relationships and help customers develop life skills.
  • Respond calmly to emergencies or challenging situations.
  • Ensure the service is secure and provide excellent customer care.
  • Carry out health and safety checks and keep customer notes up to date.
