Your role:
- Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential
- Assess needs and update support plans
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries
- Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity
- Work with external partners to boost confidence, health and wellbeing, and encourage education and employment
Experience:
- Supporting adults who have experienced homelessness
- Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
