Sanctuary Group in Aberdeen is seeking an Estate Operative / Technician to join the Estate Services team. You will perform grass cutting, hedge pruning, pesticide spraying, and assist with cleaning, inspections and ad-hoc duties at multiple sites across Aberdeenshire.
The role requires adaptability to customer needs, driving to sites, and completing records. Training will be provided to ensure competency and safety in daily operations.
