Sanctuary Group in Dundee is seeking an Estate Technician to join our team in Ardler. You will clear and clean void properties and perform grounds maintenance, including grass and hedge cutting, with mandatory compliance tests such as Water Temperatures/Fire Alarm and Emergency lights.
The role requires self-motivation, basic IT skills for recording progress, and a full UK driving licence. This is a 40-hour per week role, Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with an attractive benefits package.
