Your role:
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Make leisure and social activities part of every day
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
Team player who values collaboration
Kindness and genuine interest in older people
Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
