From themed events and social gatherings to inclusive clubs that reflect individual interests, you'll create opportunities for residents to feel engaged, valued and part of a thriving community. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll bring fresh ideas, energy and enthusiasm to ensure every experience is meaningful and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of a varied events and club programme across seven days
  • Promote events and encourage resident participation
  • Keep accurate records of engagement and update care plans
  • Gather feedback and adapt offerings to ensure inclusivity
  • Coordinate with staff to meet residents' personal care needs
  • Build positive relationships with families and external partners
  • Organise events that foster community links and social interaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience working with relevant client groups or in the care sector
  • Good written and spoken English; strong communication skills
  • Positive, inclusive approach to client care
