Part‑time Scheme Manager (24 hours per week) based in Ely, Northern England.
Responsibilities
- Support residents by providing information to promote independence
- Complete mandatory compliance tasks and conduct health and safety checks
- Report and monitor repairs to conclusion
- Deliver high‑quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain accurate records about residents and the scheme
- Cover other schemes as and when required
Qualifications
- Some experience working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar
- Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Full, valid driving licence (travel is a requirement)
