As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents – creating experiences, events, and moments that matter. This is more than organising a programme; it’s about bringing thought, creativity and meaning to everyday life. From meaningful one‑to‑one moments to shared experiences, your work will help create a home that enriches lives every day.
Your role:
- Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles.
- Take the time to get to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
- Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience.
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging.
