Your role:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social wellbeing
- Get to know residents as individuals and involve them in activities they enjoy
- Work closely with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive and fun atmosphere
- Encourage participation from residents, families and the wider community
- Bring new ideas and creativity to activities that enrich daily life
