Responsibilities
- Support delivery of a varied events and club programme across seven days
- Promote events and encourage resident participation
- Keep accurate records of engagement and update care plans
- Gather feedback and adapt offerings to ensure inclusivity
- Coordinate with staff to meet residents' personal care needs
- Build positive relationships with families and external partners
- Organise events that foster community links and social interaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with relevant client groups or in the care sector
- Good written and spoken English; strong communication skills
- Positive, inclusive approach to client care
