Sanctuary Supported Living is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Supporter at our Retirement Communities Service, Roman Ridge in Sheffield. The role of Customer Supporter will include:
- Providing front of house reception duties
- Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities
- Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential
- Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community
- Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained
Skills and experiences:
- Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities
- Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths
