Sanctuary Group in Cramlington is seeking an Estate Technician to join our Voids team. You will be responsible for clearing and final clearing for voids properties, including grounds maintenance, grass cutting, pruning and landscape work to return properties to lettable standard.
The ideal candidate will adapt to the role's demands in a customer-focused environment. Full training will be provided to ensure competency in duties and safety.
