Your role:
- Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home.
- Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues.
- Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
- Make leisure and social activities part of every day.
- Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development.
- Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable).
