We have an opportunity for a Commercial Admin Team Leader to join our team based in Hull. The main purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver efficient, high-quality service to multiple stakeholders including our customers. Manage workflows, including shared inbox operations, ensuring timely communication, clear task ownership and strong KPI performance against agreed SLA's.
The role of Commercial Admin Team Leader will include:
- Identify trends and use lessons learnt exercises to make recommendations for service improvement
- Lead and motivate a team to monitor the delivery of quality services within the Property Hub
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, actively identifying any shortfalls in service delivery
- Implement appropriate and timely training that enhances the stakeholder experience and satisfaction levels
- Review key performance indicators against agreed SLA's to assist with decision making regarding target setting
Skills and experiences:
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Experience of delivering service and process improvements and operational efficiencies using appropriate technology
- Experience of people management and development, preferably in a high-volume transactional environment
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and good practice
- Basic knowledge of information systems and databases
- Intermediate Microsoft 365
