You'll be part of a compassionate, community‑focused team supporting our retirement community residents, that puts people first – every single day. Responsibilities
- Keep communal areas, offices, and kitchens clean and tidy.
- Complete all cleaning duties to a high standard.
- Report any faults or hazards to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure equipment is used safely.
- Help prepare meals and drinks while respecting customers' needs, privacy and dignity.
Qualifications
- Experience with general cleaning duties (desirable).
- Some experience in a domestic or catering environment.
- Level 2 diploma in housekeeping or catering, or willingness to work towards it.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace.
