Sanctuary Housing Association is seeking a Scheme Manager to join the Homeownership team within Sanctuary Independent Living Services. You will manage a private retirement properties site, oversee communal areas, and supervise contractors for cleaning, gardening and maintenance.
You will report on repairs, host meetings, monitor residents’ wellbeing and safety, and support budgeting and income recovery. DBS check will be paid for if you are successful.
