Day Centre Manager – Meadows House Residential and Nursing Home, 95 Tudway Road, Kidbrooke, London, SE3 9YG
£17.18 per hour • 15 hours a week

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-quality, commercially viable day care service that meets customer needs and complies with all contractual, legislative, and organisational standards.
- Recruit, develop, and support skilled staff, ensuring performance excellence and alignment with service requirements.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and cost control, to maximise income and ensure value for money.
- Drive strategic growth and community engagement by implementing business plans, promoting the service externally, resolving complaints effectively, and contributing to wider organisational initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Level 4 in Management of Care or equivalent.
- Extensive senior management experience within the care sector with deep understanding of regulatory requirements, hands-on experience in supported care environments, and proven success in leading and managing staff teams.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English, and ability to interrogate and extract data from computer systems; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet-based tools.
