Responsibilities
- Assess customer needs, update support plans, and signpost to education, training, and employment.
- Support customers with daily living tasks such as cooking and cleaning.
- Offer advice to help customers meet tenancy conditions.
- Assist with managing finances and welfare benefits.
- Promote social inclusion and help build confidence and resilience.
- Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with vulnerable people.
- Positive approach to supporting young people with varied needs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑care skills.
- Effective communication and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of support planning, key working, risk assessment, and safeguarding.
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.
