Sanctuary is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative for our North West Responsive Repairs team, based in Chester. You'll perform fault finding and maintenance on domestic dwellings, with a company van and tools provided. The role sits within Property Services and includes out-of-hours cover on a rota.
Requirements include NVQ Level 2, Plumbing Level 3, WRAS, and a valid UK driving licence. Experience in social housing is advantageous. 25 days leave + pension and health benefits are offered.
