Your role:
- Providing an efficient cleaning service in a luxury environment, including completing laundry for communal areas and owners’ apartments.
- Identifying and reporting any hazards and faults to ensure a safe environment is maintained.
- Organising stores on site and carrying out checks of equipment, replacing when necessary.
- Ensuring that the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Any other tasks as required.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is essential in a hotel or other residential setting. You should have:
- Ability to work on own initiative and with fast changing requirements.
- Previous experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and help colleagues as and when required.
