£15.20 per hour, 39hrs per week, night duty (8pm start, 12hr shifts). Includes alternate weekend working.

As Care Team Leader you will look after the day‑to‑day needs of residents, support Care Assistants in their development, and ensure residents feel comfortable and well cared for.
Work with a team of like‑minded individuals committed to enriching residents’ lives.
Provide personalised care alongside support and independent activities.

Be kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues, setting a high standard of care.
