Role responsibilities
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment, supporting Care Assistants in their development and ensuring residents are comfortable in their home. You will lead a team of like-minded individuals to provide high quality, personalised care aligned with individual care plans. You will also support team development and engage residents in leisure and social activities.
