Sanctuary Care is seeking a Care Team Leader for St Breock Residential Care Home in Wadebridge. This is a Day role, 18 hours per week with overtime to cover holidays, and occasional night shifts.
You will support residents’ wellbeing, lead a friendly team and deliver personalised care in line with care plans. We offer 28 days’ annual leave pro rata, sick pay, a contributory pension, and training through our Team Leader Development Programme.
