The role of Care and Support Assistant will include:
- Providing personal care to our Sisters
- Providing peace of mind for the Sisters by carrying out wellness checks
- Responding to calls should a Sister need support in an emergency
- Conducting morning calls to a high standard
- Working with other staff members to ensure a clean and comfortable environment
Skills and experiences:
- Passionate about providing a high standard of care to the Sisters
- Previous experience working in a care related role
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
- NVQ 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards
