Business Improvement Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Analyst to join our Sanctuary Housing Services team based in Worcester. You will be working on business change and customer transformation to develop and deliver a range of projects to support improvements in Affordable Housing and Property Services. The role of Business Improvement Analyst sits within Sanctuary Housing Services, which manages homes across England, providing general rented housing, housing for older people, market rent properties, shared ownership and home ownership accommodation. It also provides housing related services including lettings, debt management, compliance, tenancy management and customer services support.

The role of Business Improvement Analyst will include:

  • Development and coordination of a range of process and service improvement projects, including analysing existing arrangements, undertaking research and recommending changes
  • Supporting the successful delivery of complex projects involving co-ordination, communication and building relationships with key stakeholders to achieve the required improvements
  • Analysis and evaluation of processes/services
  • Presenting information and recommendations to support decision making
  • Operating within appropriate financial policies and procedures to support the effective financial delivery of projects
  • Ensuring all programmes and projects are delivered in line with legislative and regulatory requirements to achieve full compliance and consistent delivery

Skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience of undertaking a similar role
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, legislation and current practice
  • Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
  • Experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Good communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities
  • Good analytical, writing, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Project)
