Salary: £72,843.30 per annum with Car allowance £9,800.73 per annum

Your role

  • You’ll never be doing it alone. Our central recruitment, finance, sales, and marketing teams are here to take the pressure off, so you can focus on what matters most: championing exceptional care.
  • Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management.
  • Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans.
  • Maintain safe, compliant and well‑run environments across each home.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities.
  • Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care.
  • Management and clinical experience gained across at least two nursing homes.
  • Strong operational understanding and a calm, people focused approach.
  • Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes.
  • Valid NMC PIN – Nurse Qualified.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel across regions when needed.
