Location: Bridgwater, Somerset, GB, TA6 7JQ

Salary: £72,843.30 per annum, with car allowance £9,800.73 per annum.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Your role:

  • Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management.
  • Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans.
  • Maintain safe, compliant, and well‑run environments across each home.
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities.
  • Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Management and clinical experience in at least two nursing homes.
  • Strong operational understanding and a calm, people‑focused approach.
  • Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes.
  • Valid NMC PIN – Nurse qualified.
  • Full driving licence with ability to travel across Cornwall, Worcestershire and West Midlands.
