Salary: £72,843.30 per annum, with car allowance £9,800.73 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Your role:
- Provide supportive leadership across homes that need interim management.
- Ensure personalised, high-quality care in line with individual plans.
- Maintain safe, compliant, and well‑run environments across each home.
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, colleagues and local communities.
- Support homes to achieve strong performance, stability and continuity of care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Management and clinical experience in at least two nursing homes.
- Strong operational understanding and a calm, people‑focused approach.
- Confidence in leading teams through change and supporting different homes.
- Valid NMC PIN – Nurse qualified.
- Full driving licence with ability to travel across Cornwall, Worcestershire and West Midlands.
