Your role: At Caton House Residential and Nursing Home, the Lifestyle and Wellbeing Coordinator will enrich residents' lives by creating meaningful experiences, events, and moments that align with their interests and preferences.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences, and lifestyles.
- Build relationships with residents to support their participation in activities, encouraging new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
- Establish connections within the home and beyond to enhance the resident experience.
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity and curiosity to elevate everyday experiences into meaningful, social and engaging moments.
Qualifications
- A caring, enthusiastic, and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
