Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home
  • Lead and guide colleagues to deliver personalised, high-quality care
  • Build trusted relationships with residents, families and colleagues
  • Take an active role in social and leisure activities that enrich daily life
  • Help shape a kind, positive and supportive culture across the home

Qualifications

  • Clinical experience in a nursing setting
  • Valid NMC PIN
  • Supportive leadership style that brings out the best in others
  • Warm, approachable and able to build strong relationships
  • Confidence working as part of a team in a busy care environment
  • Full driving licence, with access to a vehicle desirable
