Position: Administrator

Location: Caton House Residential and Nursing Home, 37 Epsom Grove, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK3 5NR

Pay & Hours: £13.51 per hour, 33 hours per week

Your role:

  • Work closely with colleagues to enrich residents’ daily lives
  • Manage the home’s administrative systems with accuracy and care
  • Process payroll, maintain staff files and support financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash
  • Support data collation, monitoring and reporting to keep the home running smoothly
  • Use a methodical and organised approach to help the team deliver the best possible care

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with confidence managing varied tasks
  • Warm, approachable and committed to exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a residential care or similar setting is desirable
  • Clear and supportive communicator with a flexible approach
  • Kind, respectful and passionate about supporting older people
